Custom design - defective when shipped
It was broken out of the box due to custom processing. too deep. This will cut off the audio. I literally solved the problem by pinching the bottom of the connector with balls of paper to keep it from fully uncoiling. Holding the connector about 1mm from the fully seated position works great. Why is the main barrel body so long? Why didn't they include a "latch" at the bottom for the connector tip?
