Make you sweat more

This stuff truly makes you sweat more.
I took just 1/2 those of this and did my normal cardio session and sweat twice as much as usual. I also felt a bit of energy boost actually during the work out

Pros

This product makes you sweat but it worth it… I lost 15 pounds. The tropical flavor is refreshing!

Cons

May cause irritation or upset stomach in some users

This is a great supplement. I was taking powdered l-carnitine before this, and it always left a gross undertone with anything I mixed it with. This does not have that problem! I mix it with my BCAA prior to a workout, or just drink it straight. It also does what it is supposed to do.
