Just received 15 minutes ago and still loving it. I love color! Lots of storage space. I have 13.3 for my MacBook Air. Fits perfectly! I can even put a 5 part book in the laptop slot BUT the zipper won't close when you add a 5 part book, that can happen if the book is thinner. It has two outside pockets with velcro, which are very deep and wide, but the opening is not very wide, but wide enough to put things inside. There's also an outside zippered pocket where you can store chargers and a pen. etc., as well as a small hook for carrying on the luggage handle. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
