poor quality and lack of support

This monitor has stopped transmitting sound, and horizontal lines are constantly scrolling on it. This after three months of use. I called LG support and they said no one can help but call back later and they believe support will be available. There isn't a time when support will be available so I guess I'll have to call infrequently hoping someone will reply. Bad product and bad support. A star.
