I suffer from stenosis and herniated discs at all levels of the neck. There are tons of pillows on Revain that say they help with neck pain. Reading the reviews, many said the pillows are too hard. Some are too soft. I can tell you it's right in the middle. It doesn't look like a rock, but the head doesn't sink down to the mattress. I sleep on my back and sometimes on my side. It's great for any position. It's actually perfect for supporting the natural curve of my neck. I'm not going to say I'm cured or anything, but the pain I had in the morning (especially between my shoulder blades) has been incredibly reduced. I can say that everyone will have the same results, but it's worth a try.
