I always burn my fingers with hot glue from a hot glue gun when crafting. After getting a huge blister on my finger last time, I said that was enough and decided to look for something that could protect my skin while working with a glue gun. I was able to easily run my finger over the splice until it set. There was even a moment when the glue seeped through the yarn and pooled on the silicone, but I only felt a warm sensation in my finger. No burns, no hot pinches, no excruciatingly quick movements to wash the cold glue from my skin. I like different sizes so I can find the right size for whatever finger I need to use them on. I don't have to worry about one size fits all as there are 12 different options and enough for both hands when I need to use the same size on two different fingers. You are perfect!
