I like that it has all of my documents in one place. I also love how they have different tabs for each phase of my case, and then once you reach the final stage (judgment) it will give you links to where you can pay your fees online or make payment plans. It's a very comprehensive platform with many options. There are some things that I wish were more intuitive. For example, if I send an email through their system, it won't show up until after I've sent it. Also, sometimes I accidentally click on the wrong link when trying to navigate from one part of the site to another. The only thing I dislike about this platform is the price. It's not cheap to use, but worth it in the end. I've used this website for several of my cases, and it has helped.
