Bought these as a birthday decoration for my baby's 1st birthday party and they were a hit! The kids loved playing with them in the tub, so much so that we now use them as bath toys. They are durable and withstand being dropped and thrown by little hands. As a result of my tests, I determined that they are safe for babies to play with, which gives me peace of mind. The only con is that they don't come with a storage container, so you need to find a place to put them when not in use.
