This sweater runs very small. I listened to the feedback and sized as suggested but the sweater was still too small. My suggestion would be to choose at least 2 sizes. This allows you to wear at least several layers underneath. I only went one size up and I can't even wear a long sleeve shirt or a loose fitting shirt. If you are concerned about the length or size of the sleeves, please note the following: This sweater is hip length. So if you want more length to cover your waist, this sweater is not for you. As for the arms, this sweater is too tight around the arms so I can't even wear a long sleeve shirt with it. I'm a big girl, but I don't really struggle with sleeves, but this sweater is an exception. Although it hugs my shoulders and forearms, it fits too well for what I like in a sweater. Nevertheless, the sweater is a great material and looks really great. Because it's so tight, I just wear it underneath other sweaters. I hate wearing coats. While not ideal, I didn't want to mess with returns either.
