Easily rips through: bags, pouches and suitcases

This is a cute three compartment bag. I noticed a crack today. And I used it basically every day. I don't pack it. I just put my laptop in the laptop compartment and the small wallet in the larger compartment where the gap is. The zipper is slightly jammed and looks like it will break soon. Would love to read reviews before purchasing.
