Review on 🔥 AVONFLOW Matte Black Free Standing Heated Towel Rack - Timer, ETL Certified - 250W Towel Warmer Heater by Nathan Guzman

I've had this towel warmer for a little over 6 weeks. The heat is fickle so parts of the towel are dry and warm while others remain damp even after 2 hours. Ours arrived with a missing "stub" and customer service never responded to my questions. The product arrived with no instructions on how to set the temperature/timer. We think we figured out how to make it run with a timer, but now it runs all the time. We still don't fully understand how this is supposed to work (and we're both engineers), so we don't know if it works as intended. Our $56 heated towel rail that we bought from Bed Bath & Beyond in 2009 is a lot better than this model and a lot cheaper, although Bed Bath & Beyond's feels flimsy and this one is more durable.
