Review on Enhance Your Oral Care Routine with Oral B Electric Toothbrush Brush Heads by Sasha Hsiao

This thing is garbage. I always thought you get what you pay for and was trying to get this to replace my old Oral-B rechargeable toothbrush which was getting so low on battery it wouldn't work for 2 minutes. I think I need something to rotate the brush head when I turn it on. All fancy things are meaningless unless you get dizzy. This thing turned itself off after 30 seconds and blinked between the IO logo and the saluting sun. I've tried restarting, turning off bluetooth, but it still doesn't work no matter how many keys you press. The seller asked me to contact Oral-B. I did so and found a person who barely spoke English who hung up when I told them there was no packing slip or receipt in the box. Update: I have returned the item to the seller but have not yet received a refund. I sent a refund on 4/30/21 and today is 6/18/21. The seller refunded my purchase price on 6/19/21 after sending a reminder email. I will not avoid working with Dollar-A-Day in the future either.
