Review on Floral Tulle Layered Skirts: Vibrant Women's Clothing with Elastic Waistband by Sam Simone

I hate that I wasted my money on this. However, I can't return it as I was too excited when I received it and started washing my hands straight away. That's when I realized it was one of the skirts from the previous photo of another angry customer, it had a hole in it. Exactly the same rock or suspiciously the same problem in the same place. The tule cloth was piled at the top of the hole and torn at the bottom. The petticoat is also very long. When I have some free time I hope to change the skirt to fix all the problems and make it cute, but other than that it's rough, torn and unflattering.
