I liked the metal case I bought. It took me a month to start using it as I swapped out winter bags for spring bags. Sometime in May I noticed that the thread along the zipper was unraveling and continued to stretch. I rarely close my bag. I made a note to find out. I was swamped with work for most of May and didn't realize the return deadline was May 31st. I've had a few Sak bags over the years. I liked the quality of the bags and keep buying them. I initially decided on a sequoia embossed leather bag but then decided on a metal one and decided to get an embossed bag for my fall bag later in the summer. I still plan to buy it next time. I haven't rated the bag yet. I like to wear it for a while before I do. I have to mention a processing error. This is a manufacturing defect. Not your fault. Can the manufacturer do anything? I'm afraid it will continue to unravel. I have never had a defect with previous Sak bags. Attached is a photo of the flash. I have more photos. Thank you and have a great week. Kathy Lawson
