Poor quality goods
Update my previous comment. We bought the item in October 2017. Two devices in a row failed in less than four months. The sound quality was great until the devices broke. Razer replaced the first faulty product, but now that the replacement product also broke, Razer no longer provides any warranty. The device is now scrap. Spend your money elsewhere.
