Easy to assemble, cats love it! However, they tore the fabric on the ladder part because they just don't scratch the rope sections. Also, the bowl-shaped sleeping area is a big favorite of theirs, but it's unsustainable when a medium-sized cat is in it. The arch twists slightly and pulls on this entire section, causing it to lean to the left because it's all the way up and nothing is keeping it in line with the rest of the structure. I would buy this brand again but not a configuration with an unsupported bowl or shelf at the top.
