I just received my package and was very happy to open it. My 2 year old wants to be a scavenger for Halloween. I have already bought the waste management patches to wear on his cap and the vest I gave him. That was the last part I was looking forward to. According to the description, it is a children's hat for children from 2 to 12 years. Let me tell you, I have a big head myself, one that will never fit in those "one size fits all" hats, and this hat fit me perfectly and I didn't even have to adjust it to a larger size. Very disappointed with the description. There were other hats I saw on the internet but that was the one advertised for kids. Or they sent me an adult version,
