After reading the positive reviews, receiving and trying this hair remover, I sent it back for a refund. I have blonde hair and he announced that he removed all the hair. I've used it twice and not a single hair was removed from my face. I had to use tweezers and spend hours trying to remove hair from my chin and upper lip and the sides of my face. I will be using the cream again to get the job done and just need to do it more often. I think maybe some of the reviews were wrong or the women using it had much darker hair and maybe that helped a little.
