This headset was bought for my daughter. Overall she likes the product and how it works. The sound quality is pretty decent and the earbuds don't cause any discomfort after a few hours of wearing. When she first used it, she had audio mute issues despite double checking the connections. I contacted the seller and he said to really make sure you push hard to connect the 3.5mm ends, which she did several times. The problem was never fixed so I contacted the seller again. They sent a new cable and the problem was solved. The seller contacted me after every message I sent and again when he knew I had received the cable. It wasn't an annoying sort of sequel either. It was because we care about our kind of product. All in all a good product and experience.
