I think these are going to work though I probably should have sized up. They’re small but stretchy - see picture of them in my hand for scale. They go on but not very far up my larger dogs leg, so I think they're going to slide off throughout the day. They would work great for medium to small dogs.I bought some boots for my dog but he really hates them. We bought them because his nails scratch our wood floors but he chews his feet even more when we take them off I think because the heavier boots make his feet sweaty. The thick Velcro on his boots limit his foot motion. The socks are much more breathable and comfortable, just need to be larger for our purposes.I love all things Christmas so this pattern was awesome. There is some nonslip rubber on the bottom but not enough to be uncomfortable under his foot pad. I’d prefer a little sliding over him getting annoyed and chewing at the bottoms.
