UPD: downgraded to 2 ⭐️. At the end of 2020, the left earphone almost stopped working. I hear there is noise, but it is very quiet. Cleaned, of course, but did not help. Now I only have one working handset. I prefer to use new headphones. But the experience could have been much better. Starting with the worst streams. First, I use it for Zoom calls and my opponents say they can't hear me with just my left earbud on. The microphone on L does not work. Very disappointed and I hope Anker will contact me. Second, the call hangs on Zoom calls. While I understand that this feature wasn't originally intended for Zoom/Skype/other types of video calls, I use it for that purpose. Unfortunately, when I adjust my R headphones to fit snugly, I tend to accidentally hang up (facepalm) on calls. Although I understand it's my fault. But a light touch of 2 seconds messes up my calls almost every day. Third, if on the other hand I need to pause the music for 2 seconds, it's not that quick or easy. I have no idea why. And for my personal taste: Fourth, I didn't like the included earbuds (too thin) and had to replace them with my old Scullcandy. Now I have to take them off every time I put the headphones in the case (otherwise the headphones won't charge).
