I had high hopes at first, it was a good price for two pillows, but it was too good a scenario to be true. One of those people who tend to follow manufacturer's directions because you think they know their products best, well they have a set of "PARE THE PILLOW” instructions and I followed them like an idiot. I'll paraphrase the section below and my comments will come after the hyphen: 1. Wash ENTIRE PILLOW (they provided all the caps so I'll do the same) in mild detergent - DONE.2. Put the pillow in a cool, ventilated place to dry. Includes a picture of a pillow hanging in a tight line with 1 small clip - 4 days ago I laid out my pillows to dry, they are dry you ask? NOT AT ALL. THE HEADPHONE APPEARS DRY OUTSIDE BUT WHEN YOU UNZIP THE CASE THAT CONTAINS THE CRUSHED GEL FOAM IT IS NOT DRY, OPEN AND DELIVER TO THE CRUSHED GEL FOAM BUILDER IT IS A WET PLACE. I LIVE IN THE DESERT, IT'S AUGUST, THE WEATHER WAS HOT BUT THESE PILLOWS ARE NOT DRY YET!, comforters and I used them for one pillow and for the other I had to find a wooden hanger and use ropes to make it hang freely can and be completely open. All this and they are still not dry. For those who are still interested. Step 3. Fluff manually for full disclosure - it won't work, I'm skipping step 3 because I'm sending this crap back.
