Buying children's boots - my new test report
We first bought a pair based on her shoe size. wrong decision. They were huge. So we ordered again but this time for her foot length in inches. Was 2 sizes too small. You don't specify this when downsizing. You need to visit the site more. It worked and we gave her some room to grow. Ebay did a great job with returns and refunds when we bought back a second pair.
