I have an unusually large dwarf hamster that needs a large exercise wheel. This one (10 inches) is the perfect size. It's heavy and durable so I hope it lasts a long time. My hamster can stop and start a wheel with no problem and he can stretch properly when running. The steering wheel is also nice and wide, which she particularly likes. I had a small problem with the first wheel I received. Contacted the seller, very responsive and polite. When we couldn't figure out how to fix the problem, they sent me a new wheel asap. My hamster is happy, which makes me happy. I definitely look forward to working with this seller in the future.
