A not-so-small flaw that detracts from the overall experience
The sound is great, the battery life is amazing, the connectivity is great, so why did I only give one star overall? The volume down button does not work. doesn't work, so you have to do it manually in the player. It was my wife's Mother's Day gift and it was the first thing she noticed which ruined the moment. I live in Colombia so the return option is almost impossible and absurd. expensive, and these blocks are so tightly locked that thinking about repairing them is no-no. That's something that doesn't usually happen with brands like JBL, but out of just a couple of fancy devices I've had to get one out of bad luck.
