I sweat a lot even in winter and that's why I stink. I have used regular pre-made deodorants before and they have worked well. Until I realized that I was harming the body! That's why I decided to only use natural products without aluminum. I researched the EWG website and tried a few deodorants but they didn't work at all and went in the trash. I have to say when it arrived I was skeptical about the smell of the deodorant itself (I used lavender). However, the pines were pleasantly surprised that I didn't smell it all day and it was over 90 degrees on those days. so I definitely recommend it
