DO NOT USE THIS DEVELOPER WITH WELLA BRAND TONER. This developer worked great with Schwarzkopf Blondme Level 9+ Bleaching Powder. However when I used it with the toner there was a weird chemical reaction and when I went to rinse the toner it didn't rinse off. It literally turned into a paste and I honestly thought I would have to cut off all my hair. When I finally got it out of my hair (lots of wet brushing in the shower, multiple brands of shampoo, multiple brands of conditioner) my hair was fine and undamaged, but it was NOT meant to be toner, at least not for Wella. proprietary toner.
