To be honest I'm in shock, I've been using this pillow for about a week and have noticed a definite improvement in neck pain! The first night I used it I woke up with even more pain in my neck, I almost went back to my old pillow but decided to give it another try. I woke up pain free the next morning and have been pain free ever since! I'm so glad I decided to give it another night. I will recommend this pillow to my father who also has neck problems. The price is so cheap compared to other neck pillow! If you suffer from constant neck pain, I would definitely recommend trying this pillow!
