I didn't really want a leather case and I wanted something to hold the pen so I got this one. The material it is made of is very good. When used as a stand, it is held in place with magnets and is durable. The lid puts him to sleep when closed and wakes him up when the lid is opened as it should. The only less than ideal part (besides the price) is the pen holder. The location is fine; not really the best spot for a pen holder so placement is pretty reasonable. But the stylus doesn't snap into place when I push the stylus into the holder fairly hard. This makes the grip weak and can fall out if I'm not careful. This will be easy enough to fix; Some tape in the holder should create enough pressure and friction to hold the pen securely in the holder, but it doesn't need to be fixed.
