We have been on about 4 trips since purchase and have had no issues. Big thing is it has survived Airlines torture baggage Check. If you can find a piece of luggage that can go through the airlines baggage check and come out with all of it's wheels and handles intact, It's pretty good in my opinion. This luggage has survived 4 flights with connections and 2 cruises. It still has all its wheels and handles.
