Works perfectly. Good water drainage.

Dear Pfister, because they still use metal. We tried some other brands and they contained cheap plastic parts. This shower head works great and is very comfortable. The only downside is that a piece of rubber in the bracket where the shower sits fell off and then the shower head no longer sits firmly in the base. Luckily I found a piece of rubber and glued it back on.
