The sushi bazooka itself is pretty easy to use considering it doesn't come with instructions. It's self-explanatory, and little details like how to make a groove down the center to add sushi, avocado, etc. we checked out in videos on YouTube. The problem arises when it comes time to cut the sushi roll. We tried three different extremely sharp knives and each of them either crushed the roll or it just fell apart when cutting. We tried the dryer in the articles, cold rice, warm rice. (And of course used rice vinegar and brown rice)
