We ordered these cartridges after realizing it would be cheaper to buy a new printer than to order branded toner for our small office printer. They were so approachable. We have replaced all 4 of our toner cartridges and it seems we have an issue with yellow streaks on the page. I thought that was what I got for the cheap price but my husband advised me to contact the company. They were extremely helpful and sent me a whole new box of cartridges with no questions asked. I replaced the yellow toner with the new one they sent and the problem was completely resolved. I understand that sometimes a product can simply have a defect and I fixed it immediately. We haven't had any other issues with other cartridges and are very happy with the price and quality. We've only had them for a few weeks so I can't say how long they will last. Typically, a well-known brand of black toner lasts 6 months. So I'll see how these hold up.
