Satisfied with the product, I recommend it to everyone.

Maybe someone takes it for RAID, in my case it is definitely SLED. Thickness 26.1mm, keep this in mind when installing in cramped baskets as the disk overheats very quickly. I moved it to a more spacious basket, even with good airflow, without much load, it heats up to 40+ degrees. I don't know if it's worth buying a similar 10TB model, given that this drive is 8TB without helium, it can be used for a torrent downloader, but I'm confused by its terrible vibrations.

Pros

- Theoretical volume 8 TB; - Buffer memory 256 MB and a spindle speed of 7200 rpm provide relatively good read-write speeds; - Theoretical time between failures 2.5 million hours, but time will tell;

Cons

- The price is monstrous; - Very hot, like server Caviars or even hotter; - Unlike the 6TB model, it did not start from the power supply of the external box 12V2A; - Loud, louder than many coolers when power is applied, under the torrents in the room from this one disk there is a crackling level of hard drives of the 90s;

Pros: Great working disk. There are 4 pcs. in RAID-10. Different cons: Noisy for residential areas
