3.5 stars. Slightly lower than most. The back cushion strap is not long enough to fit around the thick back of an office chair, but the cushion is stiff enough to stand on its own. I had trouble disabling the device and found that the controller pocket was very close to the pillow and I was putting pressure on it so I had to move the controller into the pocket on the armrest. The controls confuse me a bit, but once you get used to your personal settings, you'll remember which buttons to use. Shiatsu is very good and strong. The heating function is sufficient. There are 3 cushion settings (seat massage). A picture shows two motors but I only see one in the middle. That's good, but at the highest level I would have liked a stronger setting. The build feels solid and comes with a 12v car adapter. Unless you can try 3 or 4 of these side by side it's hard to say how it compares to the others, but I'd say slightly better than that Average.
