This product was packaged in a very nicely packaged box. I thought it was a cheap product in cheap packaging for the price I paid for it. Looks like I'll keep it to myself and buy more accessories for this thing. My only complaint at the moment is that the trigger, the pin, is plastic. I don't think this will last, Pin. If that fails I just 3D print a pin for it. The accessories that come with it are more than enough. Not cheap, they rush to sell property inventory at the last minute. I used it to polish my cars last weekend. It didn't live up to my expectations as it doesn't have enough torque to spin freely when pressure is applied. I used a 20 gallon compressor with 3/8" hose and at least 90 psi. .I give it 3 stars because I didn't spend more than $20 on this thing.I will be back to use my cordless car polisher drill.
