Does what it's supposed to do, just read the instructions!

I like knowing my battery isn't being overcharged, but I don't like having to "plug in" the charger. It's off by default, followed by a white light that stops when it's fully charged, and a blue unlimited charge as the last option. It's not necessarily intuitive, but a simple look at the instructions and you're done. Probably not the best if you are very tired.
