Fits perfectly and looks well made.
This was the perfect replacement for my 2003 Silverado. I have one very minor complaint that I don't discount is that the metal brackets that hold the screws have tiny holes in them. The factory bolts on my pickup are too small for what I believe. I had to hold the clips with pliers and screw them through once before I could install. Before that, the screws did not bite, but I was afraid to press them hard, since the supporting structure is plastic.
