I like that it's easy enough anyone can use without much training or prior experience! It could be easier if you need more than one person using at once; however they do make group subscriptions available so people don't feel overwhelmed by having everyone access their account from home.

The best part about captain panel is being able to log into my dashboard through anywhere there internet connection including mobile phones as well. There are many different options when making payments (including direct debit) but also allows me quick reporting and management via email too! They're great customer service team who always get back quickly whenever we hit any issues such as payment not going thought etc!! Highly recommend them especially if your looking for something affordable yet reliable with fast turnaround time between requests/queries! Being an online store manager i was surprised how good they were at providing updates every month regarding changes made.
