I hate the rotating head that holds the bits. I have several Klein hand tools and they work well. In general, Klein tools are well made and durable. The best part for me is the rubber grip. This distinguishes these tools from hand tools from other manufacturers. The loss of one star in the rating is due to the situation that occurs when you are trying to drive a screw into a hole and the tool head starts spinning. It's also pretty annoying. You waste time and effort trying to tighten the screw. This forces you to constantly move the screwdriver around in your hand due to the rotating head. This really needs to be redesigned for the head to be a fixed position head. 15 bits is more than enough for a human to get the job done without having to change tools.
