The best part of nuaCom is its user interface. It's very easy to use and has all the tools you need to handle calls professionally. Also, it has a web-based platform that allows us to access our data from anywhere, anytime. I don't like anything about this product so far. I think they should make their UI more appealing. Don't hesitate to try it out! We were looking for something that had great features at an affordable price, but we didn't want to pay too much. NUACOM was just what we needed. They have a free plan and paid plans are quite inexpensive as well. The best thing about Nuacom is that it enables you to have an easy access to your customers. I like that this software allows me to do my job without having to go to the office. This software has allowed me to be more productive. It is very easy to use and navigate. I don't dislike anything I am using this software for work. It is very easy to setup and use.
