Runs small, peak is too short

The seahorse and unicorn print is cute, but the hat runs small and is of poor quality. I measured the children's heads and they are smaller than stated. Also, the large hat has a reasonably sized face shield, but the smaller one I ordered for my little one is so short it only covers her eyes and not her nose/mouth! As someone pointed out, this is just an ordinary beach hat with an additional peak, almost improvised.
