decent i think? good for shaving creams, lotions and gels

I use Skintimates shaving cream (lotion not foam) but can't find it anywhere else. Tried this because it's more like a lotion than a mousse and balances the pH. When I tell you that you don't need anything, I mean it. I grabbed the ball and it just fell off my body. He didn't even stay long enough to shave anything at all! Not a single hit! Too simple a formula, of course. But I had no problem resetting a pH, so I guess that's a plus?
