Ugly laces and a metal lace hole poked through the boot and damaged it
I love these shoes but the laces are this weird shiny leather. Even after about 3 weeks, one of the metal eyelets for the shoelaces pulled through the shoes, making them look bad now. They didn't send me a replacement, only offered a refund, but in the meantime I need the shoes.
