Shower and dry your feet or soak in an Epsom salt bath for 30 minutes. Apply to problem areas (heels, balls of feet, spaces between the toes) and massage into the skin. Put on clean cotton socks. wear at night. Within a few days you will see a significant improvement! One of the best products I've come across, especially for those chapped, calloused heels that people struggle with so badly. I am totally satisfied with it and so much so that I have bought 3 jars and given 1 to a friend's wife who is struggling with the same problem. Top of my list of recommended products!
