Review on POPINJAY Mommy Pocket Twirl Dress Girls' Clothing for Dresses by Carron Goebel

very cute my 3 year old loves it! The pockets are adorable and easy to use (not hard to find like seam pockets). Even after washing, the fabric remains soft and shiny. I would say it's too small. My daughter is small for her age and the 3T fits just right - if I were to try it on in a shop I would probably size up to use longer, I don't think the 4T would fit. too big for her.
