love everything about it

Exactly as described - true to size and ideal for those who prefer not to dangle their feet. If I had bought a smaller one it would have been an issue and I'm only 5ft 5in tall. This must be taken into account for proper blood flow. soft and had a normal new product smell when unpacked. Highly recommended for lower back relief.
