Review on YAKii Classic Flameless Candles Decoration by Karthikeyan Behm

Update: The company contacted me and sent me a new one. This one was way better. The spark plugs worked perfectly and did not break. Christmas candle rings were much better. Better customer service this time. raised 2 stars. It's still very small for the price as many others have said so I can't give it 5 stars but it's still a good item. I would recommend it if you understand the size and it suits your needs. Looks great on a small 4 seater table. It doesn't fit on a large table and is still expensive for its size. Consider these things. Good and bad. The metal base is good, heavy and well made, but not very big for the price. The candles in mine were broken and deformed (see photo), as if they were in a hot warehouse and deformed, and then during transport, apparently, the candles broke into pieces, because in the box that the candles were in, and also was empty . Space in the entire box that housed the base. The garlands were also bent and one was broken in the box. The garland looks cheap. Not worth returning but now I need to buy the candles as after contacting the photos the company not only sent me replacement candles and told me I could return all Revain merchandise. Poor customer service and product not worth the price. I'm keeping the base as I can use it on my dining table all year round, but the candles and cheap garland end up in the trash. I would not recommend based on the value for money, broken items and poor customer service.
