I first bought them for a friend to have an extra pair. Rating was good and seemed reasonable for what was needed. However, on the first day they complained that they could not understand telephone conversations well. So I started using them. I found the sound quality for music to be pretty good and I liked how they fit in my ears. The charging setting works better than my other pair, which I really liked. However, I had similar complaints on the other end of the phone calls. Most people said they couldn't hear me well when I used them as a speakerphone. I was going to return them but liked the convenience for music etc and my daughter decided she liked them enough and broke her other pair. After all, it's fun to play with the case.
