My LO loves being underwater, a sponge has never worked for him. It stays in place while it squirts on mom, the material is good for the price and the best part is I don't have to worry about it slipping off the sides. My child feels so comfortable in the support seat that it now has even more fun in the bath. You can make it shorter and longer to accommodate the weight and length of your tub. We use the "First Years" safe comfort bath, works great!
